John joined SFU in 2009 after playing with RMM for 11 years. In 2014, he won the B march at the Argyllshire Gathering, and in 2016 placed 6th in the A Strathspey and Reel. John recently graduated from Kwantlen Polytechnic University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurial Leadership.
